AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE

A Mercedes minibus is available for transport from / to the airport. The airport transfer service is chargeable. For reservation, please contact the Reception.

AIR-CONDITIONING

The hotel and all its rooms are provided with air-conditioning system. For On / off system, for changes of temperature or settings, please use the remote control.

BABY COT

Children up to 6 years stay free of charge, sharing the existing bed with their parents. You may ask for the baby cot at the Reception desk. The baby cot is provided to you free of charge.

BAR / COFFEE SHOP

Blues Cafe is located on the ground floor.

Opened daily, from 08:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.

BREAKFAST BUFFET

The buffet breakfast is served in our Breakfast Room (Clasic Salon, ground floor).

Breakfast time: from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

BUSINESS CENTER

The desk is equipped with a computer with free internet access, available in our Internet Corner. The service is free of charge.

If you wish to print documents, receive or send a fax, please contact Reception desk. For printing documents or sending a fax, the charge will be applied. Fax receiving is free of charge. Our staff is at your disposal 24 hours / day.

An elegant business room is situated on the first floor, in the Executive area. For renting, please contact the Reception desk.

CLEANING AND POLISHING SHOES

The automatic cleaning and polishing shoes device is located in the hotel on each floor.

SAFE

A safety deposit box is at your disposal in standard or executive rooms, in suites or apartments. The economy rooms are not provided with safe. Every safe has been programmed with the same initial user code: 1234 + key #. For your security do not forget to change it.

1.a. Press the green button inside the safe door. The yellow led will light to indicate you must enter the new code.

1.b. Enter the new user code from 3 to 8 digits + key #.

1.c. Before closing the door, check the new code at least 2 times: press new code + key #

FOR YOUR SAFETY IN CASE OF FIRE

Dear Guest,

The plan on the inside of your door indicates the location of your room and your nearest emergency exit. Emergency exits are marked with international symbols and a white-green light.

In case of fire, please act as follows:

  1. Keep calm, act quickly and carefully.
  2. Get help, call the fire brigade using the phone in your room:
  • Reception call: 711
  • Emergency call: 0 + 112

Be prepared to tell where and what is burning and if there are people in danger!

  1. Fight the fire with the extinguisher, but not fight alone. Fight extinguishers are on all the floors and the staircases. Pay attention to the operating instructions.
  2. Bend down in rooms, if necessary crawl out of the room, hold a wet cloth over mouth and nose. Don’t use the elevators.
  3. On smoky staircases open windows and smoke can escape.
  4. In case of blocked emergency exits on any floor or staircases – stay in the room, keep door closed, wait at an open window for help. Damp towels or other materials should be stuffed in the grooves to keep out the smoke.
  5. Pull people with burning clothes down to the ground, put out the fire with wool blankets, coats, etc.
  6. Guide the brigade and advise them, if there are people in danger or if there is any other special danger e.g flammable liquids, spray etc exist.

Follow the order of the brigade and the staff immediately.

  1. Avoid panic, help is on the way.

Please assist us as follows:

  • Deposit cigarettes in the ashtray; do not throw them into the waste paper basket.
  • Do not smoke in bed.
  • Do not use any other electrical appliances except electric shaver, hairdryer or electric toothbrush.
